The Snowy Cove

This week has been very hectic yet exciting. Due to the occurrence of the huge snow storm, I was worried that the effects of the storm may cancel or impose delays on the cove show. Fortunately, this was not the case and the exhibition is still set for this Friday and Saturday. Overall, I am so extremely blessed and excited to be showing at Mrs. Pedrero’s exhibition. In preparation for the upcoming show, I still have to make sure to look over my completed statements and purchase clips and wires for the framing of my piece. I also have to be sure to create the QR code labels for my frames and purchase cardstock to print my statements onto. Moreover, because the weather has finally cleared up, I am now able to go outside and use my varnish. I am a bit scared, since I do not want to mess up or ruin a piece, but I am optimistic that I will be able to varnish the piece properly. For this week and the week to come, my major goals is to continue working on my larger abstract piece, complete the preparation for the upcoming exhibition, and invite as many people as I can for the Cove this Friday and Saturday.
